Refund Policy
1. General Refund Policy for Digital Products
IT-Rocket Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") develops and publishes digital software applications ("Apps") and in-app services, such as "CarPrank" and "TopPicAI."
All sales of our Apps, including in-app purchases and subscription fees, are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in this policy or the terms of the platform from which you made your purchase.
Due to the nature of digital goods, which can be duplicated upon download, we generally do not provide refunds once a purchase is completed.

2. Payment and Refund Processing by Third-Party Platforms
All financial transactions for our Apps are processed entirely through third-party digital distribution platforms, specifically the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) and the Google Play Store (for Android devices).
  • IT-Rocket Ltd. does not store or process your credit/debit card information.
  • We do not have direct control over the transaction process and cannot issue refunds directly to users.
Therefore, any request for a refund must be directed to and is subject to the specific refund policies and procedures of the platform from which you made your purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must contact the customer support of the respective app store:
  • For purchases made on the Apple App Store: Please visit Apple's official "Report a Problem" page: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis according to its own policies.
  • For purchases made on the Google Play Store: Please visit Google Play Help for instructions on requesting a refund: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Google's policies and timelines apply.

4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel an active subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals.
  • Important: Canceling a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to the subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • How to Cancel: Subscription cancellations must be managed directly through your account settings in the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We cannot process subscription cancellations on your behalf.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
In very limited and exceptional circumstances, such as a technical fault in our application that permanently prevents core functionality and that we cannot resolve, you may contact us at info@itrocket.online for assistance. We will review such cases on an individual basis and, if deemed appropriate, may work with the app store platform to facilitate a resolution. This does not guarantee a refund.
